Kari was born October 12, 1932, at Moorcroft, Wyoming, to Thorval Sr. and Lillian (Ballard) Jensen. The family moved near Oshoto, Wyoming, in 1936 on a ranch. Whitcomb FFA held its 2nd annual drift trike race and show at Moorcroft High School last Friday and Saturday. Drift trike projects are a great way to combine our learning in our small engines class and welding classes to create a really cool project that challenges the students' learning and problem solving skills. On Friday, the Moorcroft Wolves Golf Team traveled to Wright for the two day Spring Championships. It wasn't the type of day that we would have liked to have from a weather standpoint, specifically the wind, and I don't think any of the players were happy with their scores when golf ended on Friday.
