    For the last few years, Moorcroft High School (MHS) agriculture teacher and FFA counselor Hugh Jenkins has been promoting the benefits of a barn on school property for urban kids without access to rural land to have a place to raise animals for fair or 4-H. She was born December 6, 1924, to Ed and Edna Manke on the “home” place on Left Creek. She was the youngest member of her family.     November 16 - 22 On November 19, while patrolling police were notified of an incident at Moorcroft High School. Officer went to the school and spoke with the principal about the incident. Nothing further at this time. On November 20, police were called to Coffee Cup Fuel Stop regarding suspicious activity.
