    Moorcroft resident Willard Gantz addressed the council at Monday’s meeting about the continued damage to his asphalt driveway, which he considers the responsibility of the town. The street is one of the oldest in town and the curb and gutter work reflects that age with a lack of elevation to promote water flow down the gutter or any type of drain.     Monday night’s council meeting for Moorcroft was relatively quiet. However, a few important points arose from the staff reports. Public Works Lowes, the town’s contact for roof work on the MTC, came to town to examine the damage from the 2019 summer hail storms recently and their findings differed significantly from the town’s insurance adjusters. Public Works Director Cory Allison reported that the Lowes examiner described the destruction as “a lot” while the insurance adjuster had informed Allison that there “was hardly any”.     Roundup nets 558 wild horses WORLAND (WNE) — Through Tuesday evening, 558 wild horses in the Fifteen Mile Herd Management Area had been gathered with 261 shipped to other facilities for treatment or to be prepared for adoption.     This project included replacement of the sanitary sewer main in the alley between Powder River Avenue and Cheyenne Avenue from Weston Street to Park Street. Sanitary sewer installation has been completed and concrete pavement patches have been placed on Campbell, Crook, Weston and Goshen Streets. Streets in this area will open soon as cure times are reached. Falcon will continue work to install gravel in the disturbed alleyways.
