    Clell Richard "Dick" Claar, 75, of Moorcroft, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Dick was born on September 22, 1947 to Clell R and Evelyn (Kimsey) Varner in Alameda, CA. He graduated high school in Aurora, CO. After high school, he returned to Moorcroft and met his lifelong love, Johnnie Faye Farnsworth. They were married in Newcastle on November 26, 1965.     Recently, an individual from Pine Ridge was intercepted as they attempted to dump yard waste from their property onto the Pine Haven slash pile. Public Works Director Sunny Schell reports that this is not the only incident; others have been found dumping from Pine Ridge and Liberty Lane as well.     Julie Ann Cox of Pine Haven faces felony possession charges after THC was allegedly found in her residence when a Crook County Sheriff’s deputy made contact in reference to a warrant for her arrest. On September 28, the deputy was sent to a Pine Haven residence in reference to a wanted person. He reports being greeted at the door by Cox, who he knew from previous contact.     The athletes all did very well this weekend; we are so close to getting everything put together. We had a lot of young guys step up and play their butts off. Dane Connally had an outstanding day on the offensive side of the ball as well as in his amazing kicking game.
