    Pine Haven enjoyed a successful turnout for this year's Pine Haven Days, starting with 48 entries strutting their stuff in the Saturday morning parade.     A little wind could not stop Moorcroft's town council, the family of former mayor Dick Claar and others from ceremoniously breaking ground on the Noonan Park splash pad last Wednesday afternoon. This addition will be named after former mayor Dick Claar, who persevered throughout his term to see this feature established and open to families throughout Moorcroft and beyond.
