Dallas Lee Douglas, 53, of Upton, Wyoming, died August 14, 2020, at home with his family in his heart. Dallas was born on November 18, 1966, in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, to Jan and Melvin Douglas. He later moved to Upton with his parents and three siblings, Tony, Paul and Ginger. Together, they all built and established a family home that would be cherished for generations to come. Cheyenne travel agent sentenced to prison for stealing thousands CHEYENNE (WNE) – A former local travel agent who stole thousands of dollars from people through his business was sentenced Monday morning in Laramie County District Court. The canvas board met on Friday to verify and confirm the ballots and found there were no changes to the winning candidates that were announced on the night of the election.
