    Monday morning started early for Moorcroft police officer Nick Curley as he was called to a street light post in North Big Horn Avenue in front of the post office that had been struck and toppled some time during the preceding night, presumably by a vehicle.     Last week, Moorcroft public works crews could be seen working along South Little Horn Avenue, sealing cracks along the cement street in their ongoing maintenance of the roadways.
