    Smoke billowed from the burning vehicle on the concrete drive of the truck bay as volunteer fire fighters drenched the deliberately set flames on Saturday morning.     Last week, the West Texas Trail Museum (WTTM) welcomed Cheryl O'Brien as she presented an interesting look back at the prisoner of war (POW) camps in Wyoming during World War II, including the two main camps, Fort Warren and Fort Douglas, and the 17 smaller camps across the state.     A sizeable fire northwest of Hulett had been fully contained by Monday morning, thanks to the combined efforts of local, state and federal firefighters.     A structure fire near Oshoto last week saw a family home already engulfed in flames by the time firefighters arrived on scene. “The structure burned all the way to the ground,” says Dallas Burch, Oshoto Zone Warden, confirming that the house was a total loss. The landowners called the fire department at 1:30 p.m. on June 12 to report that their main house was on fire.     The owners of the planned commercial dog boarding facility were present at last Wednesday’s meeting of Moorcroft’s council to discuss the town’s previous decision to keep commercial license fees for dogs the same as hobby fees “for now” as the council seeks more information.     Wyoming’s average gas prices are down again this week CHEYENNE (WNE) — Average gasoline prices in Wyoming have fallen 1.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.27 per gallon Monday, according to GasBuddy.com’s survey of 494 stations in Wyoming.
