    Jubilee will be held in a modified format this year. The long-standing three-day event has been condensed to run on July 11 with some aspects spread throughout the week.     Crook County Senior Services (CCSS) local representative Dee Gray approached Moorcroft’s governing body Monday night to advocate a mill levy that had been approved and fulfilled two years ago and is again on the ballot this year.     For personal reasons, Pine Haven Mayor Bill Cunningham officially resigned from the council last Tuesday night. With his departure, Councilman John Cook was sworn in as Mayor Pro-Tem and Emily Smith, also in attendance, was appointed to fill the open council position.     CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Updated public health orders that take effect June 15 will continue to ease restrictions on public gatherings in Wyoming, Governor Mark Gordon announced today.
